LIST OF FREE FOODS because less than 20 calories and 5 grams or less of carbs:

DRINKS: natural chicken brooth, seltzer water, coffe or tea, homemade vitamin water

SWEET SUBSTITUES: maple syrup, fruit sweented jam or jelly (2 tablespoons)

VEGETABLES: celery, cucumbers, peppers (hot, chile), salad greens, cilantro, onions, radishes, sugar free salsa, mustard greens

CONDIMENTS: ginger root, vinegar(unsweetened), catshup (1 tablespoon), dill pickles (unsweetened), horseradish, mustard, taco sauce (2 tablespoons), sugar sugbsititues (steia, lo han, sweet fiber), salad dressing low calorie 2 tablespoons, hot sauce
